Telecom firms came up with 4G-LTE services in India in 2016. Airtel was one of the first firms to make 4G SIM cards available to its consumers. While JIO was the 2nd company to launch 4G cellular services across India followed by Vodafone and Idea.
G stands for “Fourth generation” and is a successor to 3G mobile services. The downloading speed is approximately 50 mbps which is 5 times fasterthan the 3G services. Let’s see which are the best 4G internet plans in India.
Bharti Airtel has come up with a plan of Rs.399 where users can avail 1GB of data per day for a period of 28 days. This offer is only available for 4G handset users. For others, users will get 1.25GB of data per day. Under this Airtel offer you will also get the bundled unlimited free calling and SMS offer. When compared to the JioRs 399 offer, the Airtel plan has a drawback. While the validity of the offer is the same (70 days), on Airtel, the outgoing calls on roaming are chargeable while it is free in Jio. The daily FUL limit on both the offers is 1GB. Meanwhile, Airtel also has aRs 349 plan. This offer provides the same benefits to its subscribers like the Rs 399 plan. However, the offer does not differentiate between 4G and non-4G handsets. Under the Airtel Rs 349 offer, users can avail 1GB data per day for 28 days. This means, in total, you get 28GB of 4G data.
As of today, Reliance JIO has over 132 million subscribers. The telecom firm is adding 1000s of new customers every day. JIO Provides 4G plans for every budget. It has launched a 4G device called JIO FI for those users who cannot buy a 4G mobile phone. Following are the 4G Plans offered by JIO.
